What is your return policy?
Our returns policy is straightforward and hassle-free. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team and provide your order number and reason for the return. We'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the item back to us. Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our criteria, we'll issue your refund or exchange.
Please note that we do not refund shipping costs, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We also do not accept returns on personalized or customized items, gift cards, or sale items.
